South Korean President Moon Jae-in, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, and Chinese State Council Premier Li Keqiang will attend a trilateral summit.
The summit will discuss common issues among the three countries after South Korea confirmed in March that it would compensate Korean victims independently without requiring contributions from responsible Japanese companies.
