The African Union conference covers national reconciliation in Libya as well as coups. The capital of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, will be the focus of attention in the coming days as it hosts the African Union Summit.
The summit itself is scheduled for February 17–18. The agenda for the discussion will include a range of topics, including the national reconciliation process in Libya and the coups that have occurred in several other nations. It is expected that delegations led by presidents, vice presidents, prime ministers, foreign ministers, and other senior officials will attend the conference, in addition to the Secretary-General of the United Nations and leaders of other international and continental organizations.
