SCHOLZ WHITE HOUSE VISIT
WASHINGTON, D.C., UNITED STATES

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz will meet President Joe Biden in Washington on February 9.

Discussions are expected to focus on additional assistance for Ukraine, as well as sending a strong message of support to Ukraine after Russia's invasion. It will also be an opportunity to prevent regional escalation in the Middle East region, by supporting Israel's right to self-defence and highlighting the necessity of a rise of the humanitarian assistance in Gaza.

Eurovision will offer live broadcast production and transmission facilities.
