The Moors and Christians festival of Alcoy (Alicante) is a popular celebration that includes the representation of the fight between two sides: the Muslim and the Christian. During these days the city is decorated as if it were the Middle Ages. It is a commemoration in honor of its patron saint, Saint George, declared of “International Tourist Interest”
