Belgian farmers are continuing their protests against new European environment rules. Tractors are disrupting the traffic on the Brussels and Antwerp orbital and at various other spots across Flanders and southern Belgium.

The Belgian farmers are protesting against strict European environmental rules. These require many investments to benefit the climate and the environment. The farmers are unhappy with the extra costs resulting from these new rules.

The mobilisations throughout Belgium will continue to take place in the coming days, mirroring similar actions in France and Germany.
