The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that President Ebrahim Raisi will visit Turkey in the first week of January next year. This statement was made by Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Baqeri on Tuesday to the official Iranian news agency (IRNA).Baqeri mentioned that the Iranian President will visit Turkey in the first week of January 2024 upon the invitation of his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. It is expected that a high-level meeting of the Turkish-Iranian Cooperation Council will be held during the visit.
