European Aquatics have announced that the women’s European Championship finals will be played in the Dutch city of Eindhoven.

The continental championships were originally planned to be held in Netanya in Israel but the European governing body announced that both the men’s and women’s tournaments will not be held in the Israeli city due to ongoing conflict in the region.

The women’s competition will take place from 5 to 13 January 2024 in the Pieter van den Hoogenband Swimming Stadium in Eindhoven.

This decision will allow a qualification path for the World Championships in Doha, as well as the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.

Division 1
Group A – Netherlands, Hungary, Croatia, Greece
Group B – Spain, Israel, France, Italy

Division 2
Group C – Romania, Serbia, Czech Republic, Turkey
Group D – Slovakia, Germany, Great Britain, Bulgaria
