EU Foreign Affairs ministers will meet in Brussels for a two days Foreign Affairs Council. The meeting will be chaired by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell.

- On Monday 13th November EU Foreign Affairs ministers will discuss the Israel/Gaza conflict and the Russian aggression against Ukraine.

- Also on Monday 13th November, after the Foreign Affairs Council, EU ministers will participate in the EU-Western Balkans ministerial meeting together with the six Foreign Ministers of the Western Balkans partners: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia.

- On Tuesday 14th November EU Defence Ministers will discuss additional support to Ukraine. Ministers will also be updated by NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg.
