The 2023 Russian elections are scheduled to take place on Sunday 10 September 2023 with several regions allowing voting on 8 and 9 September. The regional elections will include four occupied Ukrainian oblasts that were annexed in 2022 amidst the military invasion of the country.

Eurovision News Events will offer live transmission and broadcast production facilities.
