The Sudanese are preparing Thursday to commemorate the fourth anniversary of the General Command sit-in, which succeeded in overthrowing the regime of isolated Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir, only five days after its implementation
The anniversary this time comes in anticipation of the process of signing the final agreement between the civilian and military forces of the framework agreement, in conjunction with the anniversary of the sit-in, which included the course of the political process to restore civil rule.
And the competent authorities in Sudan raised the state of readiness, and the government declared Thursday an official holiday, while observers feared the occurrence of chaos ravaging the political process in light of the presence of several parties and armed movements opposing the political process and threatening to resist it, in addition to the loud voice of the party of Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir and his coming out to the public and threatening to blow up the political agreement in addition to the differences between the Sudanese army and Rapid Support about the processes of merging and modernizing the forces of the latter and the views of the military force that the two parties began to show in the capital.
