Cérémonie pour le premier anniversaire
de l’invasion russe en Ukraine

9h00 : A 9h, sur le parvis du Conseil de l'Europe, la ministre islandaise des Affaires étrangères et Présidente du Comité des Ministres, Thórdis Kolbrún Reykfjörd
Gylfadóttir, la Secrétaire Générale, Marija Pejcinovic Burié, le Président de l'Assemblée parlementaire, Tiny Kox, et la Vice-Ministre des Affaires étrangères de l'Ukraine (à confirmer), prendront la parole lors de cette cérémonie.
L'hymne national de l'Ukraine et l'hymne européen seront interprétés par Iryna
Duvarrv.

9h45 : Inauguration d’une exposition photos intitulée « L'année de la résilience » au foyer du Comité des Ministres

16h50 : Manifestation en soutien à l’Ukraine en la place du Château.

18h00 : Cérémonie co-célébrée par l’aumônier ukrainien et l’évêque de Strasbourg en la cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg.

A ces même dates, le Palais de l’Europe prendra les couleurs de l’Ukraine.

Ceremony for the first anniversary
of the Russian invasion in Ukraine

24 February 2023:

9:00 a.m.: At 9:00 a.m., on the forecourt of the Council of Europe, the Icelandic Minister for Foreign Affairs and Chair of the Committee of Ministers, Thórdis Kolbrún Reykfjörd
Gylfadóttir, the Secretary General, Marija Pejcinovic Burié, the President of the Parliamentary Assembly, Tiny Kox, and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (to be confirmed), will address the ceremony.
The national anthem of Ukraine and the European anthem will be performed by Iryna
Duvarrv.

9.45 am: Opening of a photo exhibition entitled "The Year of Resilience" in the foyer of the Committee of Ministers

16:50: Demonstration in support of Ukraine in the Castle Square.

18:00: Ceremony co-celebrated by the Ukrainian chaplain and the bishop of Strasbourg in the Cathedral of Notre-Dame de Strasbourg.

On the same dates, the Palais de l'Europe will take the colors of Ukraine.
