In a quick sequence of events with the completion of the informal dialogues with the civil actors in Sudan and the military component to reach a political consensus to end the crisis, the meeting failure between the Forces of Freedom and Change (National Consensus) and their former allies in the (Central Council) next to the military component called for by the mediation of America, Britain and Saudi Arabia And the UAE to resolve the political crisis within its previous moves, after the demands of the Forces of Freedom and Change (the Central Council) to limit the meeting to the forces of peace within the National Accord Alliance, which was rejected by the latter and led to the abolition of the meeting before its launch, in addition to the absence of members of the military component.

These developments coincided with moves similar to the national and federal parties of the nation, which ended with the two parties pushing a national initiative to resolve the crisis by launching a comprehensive dialogue that excludes no one but the party of the ousted Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir, achieves political consensus and restores civil transition.

The two parties put forward the tasks and duration of the transitional period, provided that it does not exceed two years, ending with free and fair elections, and called in a joint statement to lay a constitutional basis for the transitional phase that leads to sustainable democracy. The two parties agreed not to participate in the expected transitional government and leave it to technocrats to devote themselves to preparing for the elections.

In the same vein, the Sudanese Minister of Finance and head of the Justice and Equality Movement, Jibril Ibrahim, said that no one has the legitimacy to return the Sudanese army to its barracks and remove it from power.

He expected that the coming days would witness a situation closer to what was the days of the resigned Sudanese Prime Minister Abdullah Hamdok, any civilian government with a Sovereign Council headed by a military
