The group is working on drafting constitutional arrangements governing the transitional period and paving the way for the formation of a transitional government that does not exclude the army.

Sudanese newspapers reported that the legal activist and head of the investigation committee to disperse the sit-in, Nabil Adeeb, took over the arrangement for the bloc's meetings, in addition to the legal drafting of the expected agreement, and expected that this coalition would be officially announced Thursday.
