11 to 15 July - Prague, Czech Republic

There are a series of informal meetings as part of the Czech Republic's Presidency of the European Council. In partnership with our EBU members and host broadcasters Česká televize and Český rozhlas, we are helping with broadcast facilities on site and European distribution of the signal.

For each of the below meetings, and several other events throughout the presidency, a Media Center has been set-up at the Prague Congress Center, where there will be a limited number of bookable workspaces for TV and radio with technical access to the pool feed, free of charge. Email us to reserve. Global distribution of the main host signal will be made available live over Europe, and downloadable broadcast quality files on EBU's Newsdirect, EBU's audio platform and on CT's cloud server. This content is free of rights, and free of charge.

11-12 July - Informal meeting of Justice and Home Affairs Ministers
12-13 July - Informal meeting of Environment Ministers
14-15 July - Informal meeting of European Affairs Ministers

Eurovision News Events will also offer live stand-up positions from the Congress Center.
