In a new tactic, the Sudanese Resistance Committees decided to run separate processions in the various localities of Khartoum to exhaust the security services, as they called for millions of demonstrations in multiple locations in the cities of Khartoum, Khartoum Bahri and Omdurman.

Thursday's processions represent a challenge to the resistance committees, as they will assess the extent to which the protests have ignited
The demonstrations come in light of a question in the Sudanese street about what turned the demonstrations into a routine, in view of the stereotyping they are going on at a time when the army is proceeding with its procedures without paying attention to the demands of the street for the Sudanese army to go and establish democratic civilian rule
