Former US Secretary of State and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Colin Powell, has died at the age of 84 of COVID-19 related complications. Powell was fully vaccinated but had underlying conditions including Parkinson’s disease. Powell was Secretary of State under President George W. Bush.
