Elections for 4 members of the Constitutional Court will take place on April 8, in the Tunisian Parliament.
This is going to be first Constitutional Court in Tunisia which it's founding stipulated in the Constitution within one year after the 2014 elections. Controversy over the composure of members and modality to elect them delayed the foundation of the Court until now.
This Court is composed of twelve members: four elected by Parliament, four designated by the President of the Republic and four others chosen by the Superior Council of the Judiciary.
