Almost two years after the last Spanish-Portuguese summit, which took place in Valladolid on November 22, 2018, this Saturday is celebrated in Guarda, the highest city in Portugal, located a thousand meters above the sea and a few kilometers from the province of Salamanca, the XXXI Iberian meeting.
