Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, whose country lost at least 63 citizens in the crash of a civilian Ukrainian jetliner in Tehran, has declared that "the evidence indicates that the plane was shot down by an Iranian surface-to-air missile.”

All 176 people on board died, including 138 passengers on their way to Canada and at least 63 Canadian citizens and 11 Ukrainians. Trudeau has said his government “will not rest” until it gets justice.
