The President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte is set to pay an official visit to Kuwait in the first week of December. According to a high-level diplomatic source, Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al- Sabah extended an invitation to President Duterte.
