SAUDI CROWN PRINCE VISITS UK, LONDON, UK

The new Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia pays his first official visit to the United Kingdom from 7 March for meetings with British leaders, including Prime Minister Theresa May.
Mohammed bin Salman is his country’s defence minister and has been leading a programme of domestic social reform. UK authorities say his visit will provide an opportunity to enhance co-operation on terrorism, the conflict in Yemen and regional issues including Iraq and Syria, as well as to boost trade links.
As architect of the Yemen war, the Crown Prince is expected to be met by demonstrators protesting against the conflict, the kingdom’s domestic human rights record and its position as a major player in the international arms trade.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia is due to visit the UK. He is expected to hold talks with the prime minister, Theresa May, and the foreign secretary, Boris Johnson. The visit was previously set to take place in February, but now appears to have been pushed back amid fears it could be disrupted by activists protesting the kingdom's role in the ongoing war in Yemen. Prince Mohammed bin Salman is also due to meet members of the royal family.
