TRUMP ADDRESS TO CONGRESS

President Trump will deliver a primetime address in front of a joint session of Congress on Tuesday, February 28th. The speech will be similar in scope to a State of the Union address and will be the first opportunity for the new president to outline his agenda in a nationally televised address. Trump is reportedly expected to use the speech as an opportunity to move away from the divisive issues that have plagued his first month in office while outlining in more detail his plans moving forward.

The White House says President Donald Trump has accepted House Speaker Paul Ryan's invitation to address a joint session of Congress on Feb. 28.

It will be President Trump's first time speaking before a joint session where he will lay out his agenda for the year ahead.
