The President of the European Council Donald Tusk, and the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, are to meet for a working dinner in Schloss Meseberg, outside Berlin. It is part of a series of consultations Mr Tusk has started to conduct with EU leaders to prepare the informal meeting at 27 in Bratislava on 16 September.
