Prime Minister Theresa May has not yet found a plan or potential answers to how the UK will leave the EU, critics say. At a press conference in Rome, Italian PM Matteo Renzi, who demanded a clear timeline fort he UK’s exit, May reiterated that she has no plans to trigger article 50 – the start of the formal two year leaving process – anytime soon, as all the parties need to work out the “nature of the relationship”. She also repeated her warning threat that the UK would ensure the protection of EU citizens living in Britain only if British citizens get the same right in EU countries.
May said that she has an open mind on the Brexit issue, and that the UK could end up with a model "not necessarily on the shelf already."
