The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has been established by World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) to assess scientific, technical and socio-economic information relevant for the understanding of climate change. The Fifth Assessment Report provides a clear and up to date view of the current state of scientific knowledge relevant to climate change.
The Report will be presented on a press conference in Copenhagen, November 3, 2014.
