At Olympic Broadcasting Services, we are looking for a fieldshop coordinator who is available and willing to relocate to Tokyo, Japan for approximately 6 months, to work in the preparation, organization and maintenance of all Fieldshop materials to be delivered to all venues in Tokyo during the Olympic Games.

  • Prepare and organize all Fieldshop materials including cables, tools, connectors and some technical equipment.
  • Maintenance of Fieldshop material before being sent to the required venues.
  • Physical work, such as cable spools handling, cable testing and material organization.

  • Broadcast material and cable knowledge as material and cable picking will be done in daily basis.
  • Cable connector termination practice is required as cable termination needs to be done during games operation.
  • SAP knowledge will be needed as material stock is under SAP database control.
  • Broadcast Technical knowledge is required.
  • Experience with PDA inventory control would be convenient.
  • Logistics knowledge would be convenient.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge and computer skills.
  • High level of English
