US Senate panel voted to cut aid to Pakistan by $33million- $1million for every year against Dr. Shakeel Afridi's 33 year sentence for high treason.

Dr. Afridi, a Pakistani government surgeon, who helped the CIA uncover Osama Bin Laden's whereabouts was sentenced to 33 years for treason by the Frontier Crimes Regulation on 23rd May, 2012. He has been moved to Peshawar Central Jail, Pakistan.
