Negotiations between Iran and UN’s nuclear watchdog agency in Vienna signal some flexibility on both sides ahead of key nuclear meeting in Baghdad on May 23.

UN-IAEA talks set to resume on Monday, just two days before the start of the second round of talks over Tehran's nuclear program in Baghdad. Analysts and officials had said progress in Vienna would raise chances of success in Baghdad.
