The second round of talks over Tehran's controversial nuclear program is to be held in the Iraqi capital Baghdad on May 23. It follows the first round of talks between Iran and the P5+1 held in Istanbul in April.

Ali Baqeri, the deputy to Iran's chief nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili, has called on "the West to take concrete steps to build trust with the Iranian people."
