Non-Aligned Movement is holding a ministerial meeting in the Egyptian resort Sharm el-Sheikh. The meeting will prepare documents and draft resolutions for the 16th NAM Heads of state meeting to be held August 26-31 in Tehran, Iran.

The Non-Aligned Movement is the second largest political international organisation in terms of number of members after the United Nations, with 118 states. Another 20 countries have observer status.

The ministerial meeting follows a two-day high level experts meeting of Non-Aligned movement member countries which was held on May 7-8.
