An international conference on Somalia titled 'Preparing for Somalia’s Future: Goals for 2015' is to be held in Istanbul between May 31- June 1, 2012. Agenda of the Conference includes the topics of political process, security, humanitarian assistance, and stability and recovery in Somalia.

It follows up the London conference held on 23 February 2012. Senior political figures and representatives of civil society are due to take part.
