Luxembourg, October 19 & 20, 2012

The Grand Ducal Palace of Luxembourg announced in May that Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume would wed his fiancee, Countess Stephanie de Lannoy on Saturday October 20th.

Heir apparent to the crown of Luxembourg, the 30-year-old prince is the eldest child of Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg and his wife, Cuban-born Grand Duchess Maria Teresa.

The 28-year-old bride-to-be is a granddaughter of Princess Beatrice of Ligne and a member of Belgian nobility. She speaks fluent French, German and Russian, and studied languages at the University of Lovaina. The couple has been dating for over a year.
