FRANKFURT/BERLIN: German air traffic controllers plan fresh strike action
German air traffic controllers have threatened to press ahead with a strike, if a court appeal to allow their action is successful.
A strike that had been planned days earlier was ruled illegal.
The fresh strike is planned for tomorrow, Tuesday, 06:00am till 12:00am.
IHA is operational in Frankfurt and Berlin (Germany)

Technical facilities on site:
• stand-up positions / studio facilities / tape playouts
• PAL and NTSC uplink / 16:9 or 4:3 camera

Overon
A union representing Germany's air traffic controllers called off a planned strike amid a court battle with employers over the threatened walkout at the height of the summer vacation season. The GdF union had called on its members to walk out between 6 a.m. and noon (0400-1000 GMT) on Tuesday.
Overon will be offering a wide range of broadcast facilities from Frankfurt Airport:
- Live Stand-Ups Positions 16/9 and 4/3
- Play out multi-format (NTSC/PAL).
- Connectivity to the OVERON Global Network
