French President Nicolas Sarkozy will meet with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin Wednesday, Merkel's spokesman said, for talks a day ahead of a closely-anticipated summit of euro-zone leaders to discuss the region's deepening debt crisis. The meeting comes as leaders attempt to finalize a second bailout plan for Greece while dealing with a range of options to make private bondholders share some of the cost of the additional rescue.
