On 1 and 2 September, in Wicklow, Ireland's Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, Helen McEntee, will host an informal gathering of EU ministers in charge of foreign affairs (Gymnich) in collaboration with Kaja Kallas, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
