It continues the annual series of high-level political events dedicated to the swift recovery and long-term reconstruction of Ukraine since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale war of aggression against Ukraine. Ukraine Recovery Conference
Rome, Italy | July 10, 11, 2025
An international conference on Ukraine’s recovery will take place on July 10–11, 2025, in Rome. The conference will be similar to the previous Ukraine Recovery Conference held in Berlin but is expected to carry greater political weight due to the participation of heads of state and government.
According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, a key goal of the conference is to coordinate a clear roadmap for rebuilding not just infrastructure, but also the economy, social services, energy system, and legal institutions.
The event is being hosted by Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni to discuss a step-by-step plan for rebuilding Ukraine after the widespread destruction caused by Russia's ongoing war.
