King Charles III is to oversee the annual Trooping the Colour military ceremony in central London, marking the British monarch’s official birthday. The colourful event sees hundreds of soldiers, musicians and horses parade from Buckingham Palace through the streets of the capital in a showcase of British pageantry which dates back hundreds of years.

On Saturday 14 June, London will host the yearly Trooping the Colour ceremony, which commemorates the British sovereign's official birthday.
Broadcasters participating in the share of production costs can broadcast the clean international feed of the event live.
The live coverage of the event will be produced by BBC Studios for GBBBC – British Broadcasting Corporation.
