EU leaders and the leaders of 27 EU member states will meet in Belgium for an informal summit on Monday 3rd February.

The leaders will be joined by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. It will be the first time Prime Minister Starmer will meet with the leaders of the 27 member states of the European Union.
