The EU-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit is scheduled for 16 October in Brussels, followed by the European Council meeting on 17-18 October. Participants will include European Council leaders and leaders from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states, such as Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.
