Country-wide power outage due to breakdown in National grid
Pakistan is hit by a massive power outage nationwide on Monday morning caused by a failure in transmission lines. The fluctuation was reported in voltage and the systems got shut down one by one across Pakistan, leaving millions of people without electricity. Businesses, hospital and schools suffer in all the major cities in Pakistan.
Power Minister says work to resume power completely is ongoing and it can take 12 hours.
