Russian FM Sergei Lavrov and Ukranian FM Dmytro Kuleba will meet in Turkey, on the sidelines of Antalya Diplomacy Forum on Thursday, 10th of March. The meeting will be in trilateral format with the attendance of Turkish FM Mevlut Cavusoglu.
This will be the first highest level meeting between Russian and Ukranian diplomats after the Russian invasion to Ukraine started on 24th February
