U.S. President Joe Biden will deliver an address in response to the Russian attack on Ukraine after vowing to hold Russia accountable. President Biden is expected to lay out additional sanctions against Russia in response to what he has called a "unprovoked and unjustified” attack. Prior to the address, President Biden is planning to meet virtually with leaders from the G7 nations.
