European Council
24 - 25/03/2022
BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

The European Council will take place in Brussels on 24 and 25 March 2022, in a context of pre-French presidential election.

The Council will be tainted by the situation in Ukraine, linked with the necessity to improve migration flow, for a better sharing of welcome responsabilites between European countries, to strengthen the Schengen space.

Discussions will be about reinforce the sovereignty in Europe, considering membership application of Ukraine and Georgia.

Eurovision News Events will be distributing the host broadcaster pool signals in the TV and radio edit booths on levels 01 and 02 of the Justus Lipsius building press center. Live transmissions of the main feed, secondary feed and national briefings will be made available.

The standup positions will be located in the Atrium on the upper mezzanine located on the left when facing the Council interior main entrance.
