The United Nations announces the election of Abdel Hamid Mohamed Dabaiba as prime minister for a transitional period in Libya .

The list, which includes Abdul Hamid Dabaiba as prime minister, won after a decisive round of voting, in which it competed with the list in which Fathi Bashagha was running for the position of Libyan Prime Minister.

The third winning list consists of Muhammad Yunus Al-Manfi as Chairman of the Presidential Council, members of the Council Musa Al-Koni, Abdullah Hussein Al-Lafi, and Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Muhammad Dabaiba.
