London BLM and race protests

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM

Following violent protests last weekend, people are again gathering in central London The Police issued restrictions on several groups as well as stating any demonstration had to end by 1700 BST. Protesters are gathering around the Cenotaph war memorial and the boarded up statue of Winston Churchill in Parliament Square. Although organisers urged not to join anti racism rallies, thousands are in the streets of London not withstanding the possibility of clashes with right wing activists.
