On 1 July 2020, Germany will assume the Presidency of the Council of the European Union. According to Government statements, the German presidency will concentrate throughout the Presidency on the modernization of mobility in Europe to achieve greater levels of sustainability and innovation. Many of the meetings that Germany will chair during its semester will be held remotely, by video-conference.
Eurovision News Events will offer live standup facilities with a view on the Brandenburg Gate.
