Demonstrations are expected to take in place in Hyde Park, central London, on Wednesday 3 June to protest against the death in the USA of George Floyd, a handcuffed black man who pleaded for air as a white police officer pressed a knee on his neck.

Thousands of protesters gathered in London, Manchester and Cardiff on Sunday to rally against Floyd's death, which has sparked a week of demonstrations in the US.
