LA LAKERS KOBE BRYANT KILLED IN HELICOPTER CRASH
LOS ANGELES, USA | 26 JANUARY 2020 - ONWARDS

Kobe Bryant, the 18-time NBA All-Star who won five championships and became one of the greatest basketball players of his generation, died in a helicopter crash Sunday. He was 41.

The Associated Press is now operational from our Los Angeles bureau.

Depending on affiliate interest, we will deploy a satellite truck and set up live positions at the LA Lakers Headquarters in Los Angeles.

Kobe Bryant Helicopter Crash

LOS ANGELES, UNITED STATES

Legendary basketball player Kobe Bryant has died at the age of 41 after the helicopter he was travelling in crashed into the hills above Calabasas, California. His 13-year old daughter, Gianna, was also killed along with seven other people when the crash took place in foggy conditions. Kobe Bryant played for the LA Lakers for 20 years and his death garnered reactions from sports stars, celebrities and politicians around the world.
