Trump Impeachment Inquiry

WASHINGTON, D.C., UNITED STATES

The House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing Thursday and is expected to vote on articles of impeachment against President Trump, which will then set the stage for a full House vote before Christmas. If the House votes to pass the articles of impeachment, it will be only the third time in U.S. history that a president has been impeached. If the vote passes in the House as expected, it will move to a trial in the Republican-held Senate, likely to take place in January.
