Brazil's President Jair Bolsonaro hosts leaders from Russia, India, China, and South Africa. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend along with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping. The meeting takes place from November 13th – 14th and focuses on the theme, ‘BRICS: Economic Growth for an Innovative Future’.
